S&#8217;ha criticat fins i tot la seva falta de veracitat cient\u00edfica sobre aix\u00f2, fins i tot ell mateix va recon\u00e8ixer no haver-hi evid\u00e8ncies, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que \u00e9s cert que, malgrat aix\u00f2, es pot utilitzar el terme per entendre certes coses.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional?<\/h2>\n<p>La intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional \u00e9s la <strong>capacitat d&#8217;una persona per gestionar de manera efica\u00e7, la seva pr\u00f2pia motivaci\u00f3, l&#8217;autocontrol, el maneig de les pr\u00f2pies emocions<\/strong> i una cosa molt important, l&#8217;habilitat per comprendre les emocions de les altres persones.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, serien habilitats ambidireccionals, enfocades cap a un mateix i cap a les altres persones. Quan aquestes habilitats estan disponibles en una persona, aquesta pot <strong>tenir la capacitat per entendre qu\u00e8 li est\u00e0 succeint i per qu\u00e8, per tant, podr\u00e0 tenir una bona gesti\u00f3 emocional de la seva vida.<\/strong> Quan aquesta habilitat s&#8217;enfoca cap als altres, <strong>ser\u00e0 capa\u00e7 d&#8217;entendre el perqu\u00e8 del comportament i les emocions de les altres persones<\/strong> , aix\u00ed poder comprendre i adaptar la seva conducta en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Un exemple de la gesti\u00f3 d\u201faquestes habilitats \u00e9s quan ens trobem davant d\u201funa situaci\u00f3 d\u201festr\u00e8s allargat, si som capa\u00e7os d <strong>\u201fentendre qu\u00e8 ens est\u00e0 succeint, qu\u00e8 sentim i per qu\u00e8<\/strong> , serem capa\u00e7os de gestionar d\u201funa forma molt m\u00e9s eficient les nostres emocions. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centreinsight.es\/servicios\/terapia-estres\/\">Si voleu gestionar d&#8217;una manera m\u00e9s sana l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i l&#8217;ansietat, podeu contactar amb nosaltres<\/a> .<\/p>\n<h2>Quins s\u00f3n els 4 tipus d&#8217;intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional?<\/h2>\n<p>Encara que hi ha escrits on s&#8217;esmenten m\u00e9s tipus d&#8217;intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional, <strong>Daniel Goleman va descriure inicialment 4 tipus<\/strong> : l&#8217; <strong>autoconsci\u00e8ncia<\/strong> , referida a la capacitat per entendre all\u00f2 que sentim; l&#8217; <strong>automotivaci\u00f3<\/strong> , definida com la capacitat de reposar-nos i pujar el nostre \u00e0nim davant d&#8217;una situaci\u00f3 de dificultats; l&#8217; <strong>empatia<\/strong> , que explica la capacitat de comprendre i sentir les emocions dels altres, i les <strong>habilitats socials<\/strong> , la qual intenta explicar la manera com ens comuniquem i relacionem amb les altres persones.<\/p>\n<h2>Com podem desenvolupar la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional?<\/h2>\n<p>La vida sol portar-nos a un ritme de vida que ens fa dif\u00edcil parar. <strong>Viure en la in\u00e8rcia \u00e9s una cosa molt habitual i fins i tot arriba a ser funcional a la societat en qu\u00e8 vivim<\/strong> , per\u00f2 aquest fet ens pot portar a una cosa tan disfuncional com no parar. Per desenvolupar la nostra intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional hem de parar i fer una mirada cap a nosaltres mateixos, preguntar-nos, sentir-nos, comprendre&#8217;ns, per aix\u00ed entendre&#8217;ns. D&#8217;igual manera, podem mirar cap als altres i preguntar-nos el perqu\u00e8 del comportament i emocions de les altres persones per obtenir-ne m\u00e9s entesa.<\/p>\n<h3>4 Tips per millorar la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Permet-te relaxar-te<\/strong> , no fer res i mira cap a tu, permet-te sentir el que sents, en quina part del cos i com s&#8217;estan expressant les emocions a la teva vida.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pregunta&#8217;t<\/strong> . Un cop t&#8217;hagis perm\u00e8s parar i hagis sentit el que sents, pregunta&#8217;t qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que est\u00e0s sentint i per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s aix\u00ed. Preguntar-nos per saber sembla una cosa b\u00e0sica, per\u00f2 no sempre ho fem. Hem de saber per qu\u00e8 sentim el que sentim per poder fer alguna cosa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cercar opcions.<\/strong>  Podem fer alguna cosa? Podem cercar alternatives de comportament un cop sabem qu\u00e8 ens passa i per qu\u00e8 ens passa. La intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional serveix per millorar la gesti\u00f3 emocional, per la qual cosa un cop elaborat el proc\u00e9s podem analitzar si es poden canviar certes coses (no sempre es pot ni es deu)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mira cap als altres.<\/strong>  Pots fer aquest proc\u00e9s amb els altres. Les persones actuen com actuen per algun motiu.
