Tot i aquesta obvietat, eines com el CIE (Classificaci\u00f3 Internacional de Malalties) ens proporcionen algunes indicacions a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;identificar la depressi\u00f3. Quins criteris s\u00f3n indicatius que la persona est\u00e0 transitant per una etapa depressiva?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un episodi depressiu m\u00e9s gran es caracteritza per un per\u00edode d&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim depressiu gaireb\u00e9 di\u00e0riament o disminuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;inter\u00e8s en les activitats durant almenys dues setmanes, acompanyat d&#8217;altres s\u00edmptomes com ara dificultat per concentrar-se, sentiments d&#8217;inutilitat o culpa excessiva o inapropiada, desesperan\u00e7a, pensaments recurrents de mort o su\u00efcidi, canvis a la gana o el so, agitaci\u00f3 o enlentiment psicomotor, i energia redu\u00efda o fatiga.\u201d (CIE11)<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com es pot aixecar l&#8217;\u00e0nim a una persona amb depressi\u00f3?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La depressi\u00f3 va lligada a la reducci\u00f3 d&#8217;activitats, com que la persona se sent decaiguda sol preferir a\u00efllar-se i reduir l&#8217;activitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per\u00f2 aquesta reducci\u00f3 d&#8217;activitats contribueix de manera negativa al benestar emocional, ja que, si ens allunyem de les fonts de benestar que tenim a la nostra vida, el nostre estat an\u00edmic no millorar\u00e0. Aix\u00f2 vol dir que hem de for\u00e7ar aquestes persones a estar tot el dia fent coses? Res m\u00e9s lluny de la realitat, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que els hem d&#8217;animar a fer petits passos per anar incrementant la seva activitat en la mesura que se sentin capaces. Com a punt de partida ens pot servir pensar quines coses solien fer gaudir aquesta persona: solia passejar? Potser li podem proposar fer una breu passejada di\u00e0ria i anar incrementant la durada a poc a poc. Li agradava cuinar? Potser us podem proposar que ens ajudi amb una recepta senzilla que hem descobert. El que sempre ser\u00e0 important \u00e9s que no exigim grans esfor\u00e7os, que ens adaptem al que poden fer i que proposem objectius petits que puguin ser m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment realitzables i no els facin sentir peor per no ser capaces d&#8217;aconseguir-los.<\/span><\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5661 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centreinsight.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/emocional-joven-estaba-deprimida-sofa.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\">\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u00e8 no ha de fer una persona amb depressi\u00f3?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No comparar-nos, afirmacions del tipus \u201ca mi em passar\u00e0 una cosa semblant i no m&#8217;enfons\u00e9 tant com tu\u201d, no ajudaran, al contrari, culpabilitzin la persona que est\u00e0 en un moment molt complicat. Cada persona \u00e9s \u00fanica i les coses no ens afecten de la mateixa manera a tots, tot depenent de la nostra hist\u00f2ria daprenentatge, dels recursos que hem desenvolupat, de les variables del context personal. Aquest tipus d afirmacions s\u00f3n tremendament injustes i simplistes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No forceu-la a fer coses que no vol. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s important proposar activitats que no requereixin un gran esfor\u00e7. La persona que estem intentant ajudar no t\u00e9 lenergia que tenim nosaltres, no ens podem comparar, el que ens sembla f\u00e0cil per a aquesta persona \u00e9s un m\u00f3n. Per aix\u00f2, hem de plantejar objectius petits i ajudar-la des d&#8217;aquesta posici\u00f3 d&#8217;empatia i de comprensi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exigiu-li que canvi\u00ef el xip o deixe d&#8217;estar trist. Una persona amb depressi\u00f3 no escull estar mal. El seu estat \u00e9s el resultat d&#8217;haver intentat lluitar amb la situaci\u00f3 durant molt de temps, no s&#8217;ha rendit, ha intentat fer tot all\u00f2 que ha sabut o ha pogut, no culpeu les persones per no estar b\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com ajudar una persona que no vol?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podem preguntar qu\u00e8 necessita de nosaltres, de quina manera podem fer que se senti millor. Moltes vegades no tindr\u00e0 una resposta, i en moltes ocasions, nom\u00e9s demostrant que s&#8217;est\u00e0 disponible \u00e9s suficient. Que s\u00e0piga que respectem que no estigui b\u00e9, que pot comptar amb nosaltres per all\u00f2 que necessiti, que entenem que necessiti el seu espai per\u00f2 que tingui en compte que si en algun moment podem fer alguna cosa perqu\u00e8 se senti millor podr\u00e0 comptar amb nosaltres.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Com \u00e9s el comportament duna persona amb depressi\u00f3?
