A nivell f\u00edsic, els qui pateixen de nerviosisme mostren tensi\u00f3 muscular (especialment a la zona del coll i les espatlles) i realitzen moviments o gestos autom\u00e0tics, repetits o estereotipats, sovint sense adonar-se&#8217;n. Aquest estat emocional tamb\u00e9 es pot associar freq\u00fcentment a trastorns gastrointestinals, com ara  <\/span><b>mala digesti\u00f3, gana nerviosa o supressi\u00f3 de la gana, acidesa d&#8217;est\u00f3mac<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, colitis, meteorisme i sensaci\u00f3 de n\u00e0usees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un estat de nerviosisme sever tamb\u00e9 pot provocar<\/span> <b>atacs d&#8217;ira, sudoraci\u00f3, espasmes i tremolors involuntaris<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, palpitacions, manca d&#8217;al\u00e8, sequedat de mucosos, marejos, mals de cap, sensaci\u00f3 de nus a la gola, necessitat d&#8217;orinar sovint, problemes de mem\u00f2ria, d\u00e8ficit de concentraci\u00f3 i deteriorament de la qualitat del so.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Causes del nerviosisme<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El nerviosisme sol manifestar-se en condicions especialment estressants (per exemple,<\/span> <b>problemes laborals o familiars<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span> <b>ex\u00e0mens o entrevistes<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que cal fer i altres esdeveniments que desgastin la for\u00e7a f\u00edsica o tensen els nervis) i pot estar relacionat amb trastorns psicol\u00f2gics (per exemple,<\/span> <b>crisi d&#8217;ansietat i depressi\u00f3<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest s\u00edmptoma tamb\u00e9 pot tenir una base org\u00e0nica. En particular, el nerviosisme pot dependre dels  <\/span><b>canvis hormonals<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(per exemple, la s\u00edndrome premenstrual, l&#8217;embar\u00e0s i la menopausa) i de les<\/span> <b>defici\u00e8ncies nutricionals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  (per exemple, la defici\u00e8ncia de magnesi, calci i vitamina B6). Altres causes patol\u00f2giques s\u00f3n la hipogluc\u00e8mia i l&#8217;hipertiro\u00efdisme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per acabar, es pot donar en persones<\/span> <b>que abusin de subst\u00e0ncies<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(com la cafe\u00efna, l&#8217;alcohol, els medicaments i les droges) i que experimentin per\u00edodes d&#8217;abstin\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com controlar l&#8217;ansietat i els nervis<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El nerviosisme no \u00e9s bo ni per a la salut mental ni per a la f\u00edsica. Avui m\u00e9s que mai, cal aprendre a mantenir el nerviosisme i l&#8217;ansietat sota control. Tingues en compte els consells seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recon\u00e8ixer la causa del nerviosisme<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pot ser el teu cap, que et parla de manera determinada o et demana que facis certes tasques; els teus companys, que no estan d&#8217;acord amb una feina; el tr\u00e0nsit, que \u00e9s cada cop m\u00e9s ca\u00f2tic a la ciutat on vius. Quan hagis r<\/span><b>econegut els factors que \u201cet posen dels nervis\u201d, ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil poder amb tot<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si ja sabeu que una reuni\u00f3 amb el vostre cap \u00e9s una situaci\u00f3 estressant, la podeu afrontar estant preparat per discutir-la o resoldre-la. Perqu\u00e8 els embussos a l&#8217;autopista no siguin un problema, haur\u00e0s de prendre una altra ruta o sortir de casa abans del que \u00e9s habitual, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respirar<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Relacionat amb el punt anterior, una bona t\u00e8cnica per evitar que l&#8217;ansietat o el nerviosisme s&#8217;apoderin de tu \u00e9s respirar-ne conscientment. Qu\u00e8 vol dir aix\u00f2? Saber  <\/span><b>com entra i surt l&#8217;aire dels pulmons<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potser no ho has notat, per\u00f2 quan tenim ansietat, la respiraci\u00f3 esdev\u00e9 m\u00e9s superficial, intermitent i dif\u00edcil. Si  <\/span><b>tanquem els ulls en aquell moment i inhalem profundament diverses vegades<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, podem controlar certes emocions. \u00c9s perfecte per evitar una discussi\u00f3 o una frase de la que despr\u00e9s ens puguem arrepentir. La respiraci\u00f3 conscient o profunda diu al cervell que tot \u00e9s maravell\u00f3s i que no hi ha ra\u00f3 per preocupar-se. Tamb\u00e9 us aconsellem que no espereu que es produeixi una situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estr\u00e8s per comen\u00e7ar a respirar millor, sin\u00f3 que ho entengueu com un  <\/span><b>nou h\u00e0bit que us convertir\u00e0 en una persona m\u00e9s tranquil\u00b7la<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treure&#8217;s la pressi\u00f3 de sobre<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sovint<\/span> <b>el nerviosisme apareix quan ens exigim massa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Esperem que tot vagi b\u00e9 i aix\u00f2 ens roba el somni i la tranquil\u00b7litat.  <\/span><b>No acceptem els fracassos  <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ni els errors i potser per aix\u00f2 no ens permetem calmar-nos. Per descomptat, aix\u00f2 no vol dir evitar donar el millor de nosaltres mateixos, sin\u00f3  <\/span><b>acceptar que a vegades les coses no surten com esperem<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En comptes de preguntar-nos qu\u00e8 pot sortir mal, preguntem-nos qu\u00e8 sortir\u00e0 b\u00e9. Fins i tot de les not\u00edcies o experi\u00e8ncies negatives podem extraure saviesa i lli\u00e7ons.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No preocupar-se pel que no dep\u00e8n de nosaltres<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arist\u00f2til va afirmar \u201cSi hi ha una soluci\u00f3, per qu\u00e8 et preocupis? Si no hi ha soluci\u00f3, per qu\u00e8 et preocupis?\u201d Hi ha molts esdeveniments que  <\/span><b>no tenim el poder de canviar, millorar o controlar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. I, paradoxalment, s\u00f3n els que m\u00e9s ens posen nerviosos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que plogui el dia del casament, que hi hagi un accident de cotxe o que el teu col\u00b7lega caigui malalt abans d&#8217;una reuni\u00f3 important s\u00f3n fets fortu\u00efts i has d&#8217;aprendre a manejar-los de la millor manera. Aix\u00f2 et permetr\u00e0 treure&#8217;t la pressi\u00f3 i relaxar-te una mica m\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contacti amb la natura<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asseure&#8217;s en un parc, anar al camp i escortar el cant dels ocells, passejar per la costa, s\u00f3n activitats recomanables per controlar el nerviosisme. El  <\/span><b>contacte amb la natura t\u00e9 un efecte gaireb\u00e9 \u201cm\u00e0gic\u201d i inexplicable.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potser perqu\u00e8 ens permet tornar a un estat m\u00e9s pur i veritable, o perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s una trobada amb la mare terra. La veritat \u00e9s que aquestes famoses \u201cescapades\u201d fora de la ciutat ens carreguin les piles de manera impressionant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les passejades en un bosc, a la muntanya oa prop dels penya-segats i les estades de m\u00e9s d&#8217;una nit a llocs on no hi hagi contaminaci\u00f3 lum\u00ednica ni ac\u00fastica, s\u00f3n fonamentals per no sentir-nos nerviosos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tot i seguir tots aquests consells sents que<\/span> <b>no aconsegueixes controlar els nervis i l&#8217;ansietat,<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9s possible que<\/span> <b>necessitis l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un professional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que gui\u00ef durant el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;aprenentatge del control dels nervis.
