Passos per fer-ho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moltes vegades<\/span> <b>es confon el<\/b> <b><i>mindfulness<\/i><\/b> <b>amb la t\u00e8cnica de la meditaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  i, encara que es puguin assemblar, el significat no \u00e9s el mateix. En mode de resum, el<\/span> <b><i>mindfulness<\/i><\/b> <b>es pot considerar una filosofia de vida que inclou la pr\u00e0ctica de la meditaci\u00f3.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El<\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mindfulness<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no \u00e9s una novetat, i \u00e9s que \u00e9s una<\/span> <b>t\u00e8cnica budista molt antiga relacionada amb l&#8217;espiritualitat i amb l&#8217;acte general de meditar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que nosaltres hem occidentalitzat. No es vincula directament a cap religi\u00f3, ja que la seva pr\u00e0ctica t\u00e9 com a objectiu millorar la qualitat de vida de les persones en uns termes concrets i demostrables.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la meditaci\u00f3 mindfulness?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El<\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mindfulness<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9s la<\/span> <b>focalitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 en el moment present per aconseguir l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 plena centrant-se en all\u00f2 que passa \u201caqu\u00ed i ara\u201d acceptant aquesta realitat sense voler-la canviar ni jutjar-la.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El seu significat \u00e9s plena consci\u00e8ncia; concentrar-se en all\u00f2 que ens passa a nosaltres i al nostre voltant.<\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diverses investigacions cient\u00edfiques han comprovat que<\/span> <b>incloure aquesta rutina di\u00e0ria, aconsegueix molts beneficis per a la salut f\u00edsica i mental<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Es tracta d&#8217;un aspecte clau per a  <\/span><b>millorar l&#8217;autocontrol dels nens, el desenvolupament de la resili\u00e8ncia<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i la millora en nivells objectius de salut com la<\/span> <b>reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i l&#8217;ansietat de manera que el mindfulness va b\u00e9 per dormir.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. S\u00ed, moltes vegades no sabem que estem patint, fins i tot ens costa d&#8217;entendre  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.centreinsight.es\/blog\/sabadell-psicologos-ansiedad\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">per qu\u00e8 tenim ansietat<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s fonamental per millorar els nivells de concentraci\u00f3 i mem\u00f2ria, descartar pensaments negatius i per millorar el dolor.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3622\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centreinsight.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/meditacion-mindfulness-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"meditaci\u00f3 mindfulness\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El seu objectiu \u00e9s aconseguir un profund estat de consci\u00e8ncia durant la sessi\u00f3, usant diferents t\u00e8cniques per assolir-ho. Cal aconseguir una relaxaci\u00f3 de la consci\u00e8ncia i que no pensi en judicis, sentiments o pensaments negatius.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com comen\u00e7ar a practicar mindfulness?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es tracta d&#8217;un<\/span> <b>entrenament previ per aconseguir la tranquil\u00b7litat personal completa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Hi ha diferents t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3 que ens poden ajudar a aconseguir-ho: practicar  <\/span><b>meditaci\u00f3<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, fer<\/span> <b>ioga<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la<\/span> <b>respiraci\u00f3 conscient<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, etc. Com pots veure, la meditaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un vehicle m\u00e9s per aconseguir el nostre objectiu, per tant no \u00e9s el mateix que el  <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mindfulness<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que \u00e9s un estat an\u00edmic.<\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per\u00f2, en qu\u00e8 consisteix el<\/span> <b>mindfulness per a principiants<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? Com comen\u00e7o a practicar mindfulness? Doncs a continuaci\u00f3 us recomanem emprar les diferents t\u00e8cniques. Tot i aix\u00ed, et recomanem que comencis practicant diversos minuts al dia i anar ampliant fins arribar al ritme ideal de 30 minuts diaris. Cal ser constant i no abandonar si no notem canvis al principi. Tingues paci\u00e8ncia, tot arriba al seu temps:  <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ambient relaxat:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">escull un lloc lliure de sorolls o distractors externs, amb una temperatura correcta i on et sentis c\u00f2mode: a la teva habitaci\u00f3, a l&#8217;oficina, al bosc o al parc, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Moment tranquil del dia:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">troba el moment del dia que puguis aprofitar-ho nom\u00e9s per a tu: al mat\u00ed just al despertar o abans de ficar-te al llit en acabar el dia, per exemple.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3624\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centreinsight.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/estilo-de-vida-mindfulness-292x300.jpg\" alt=\"estil de vida mindfulness\" width=\"292\" height=\"300\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Concentra&#8217;t en la teva respiraci\u00f3:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  centra&#8217;t en com l&#8217;aire entra del teu cos, com nodreix d&#8217;oxigen tot el teu organisme, i com surt traient tots els pensaments negatius. Si en un moment la teva ment es distreu, torna a centrar-te en la teva respiraci\u00f3 (apr\u00e8n  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.centreinsight.es\/blog\/respiracion-abdominal-diafragmatica\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en qu\u00e8 consisteix la respiraci\u00f3 diafragm\u00e0tica<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).. A mesura que practiquis, a poc a poc millorar\u00e0s la t\u00e8cnica i cada vegada trigar\u00e0s menys temps a aconseguir-ho.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Deixa&#8217;t sentir:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  deixa que el teu cos mostri els pensaments i les emocions que vagin sorgint. \u00c9s essencial que mantinguis una actitud neutral davant d&#8217;ells, no els jutgis com a bons o dolents, nom\u00e9s observa&#8217;ls de manera impersonal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per qu\u00e8 practicar mindfulness?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un cop tinguis la pr\u00e0ctica adquirida, haur\u00e0s de portar aquesta atenci\u00f3 i consci\u00e8ncia al teu dia a dia amb la resta de tasques habituals. D&#8217;aquesta manera aprendr\u00e0s a tolerar l&#8217;impuls de seguir els patrons que no et serveixen.
