La resposta com \u00e9s obvi \u00e9s no.<\/strong> <strong>No es pot discutir a trav\u00e9s de grits ni faltes de respecte, ja ni menciono les agressions f\u00edsiques perqu\u00e8 quan n&#8217;hi ha, s&#8217;est\u00e0 cometent un delit i ja no \u00e9s una parella quan aix\u00f2 passa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Discutir molt<\/strong> tampoc no \u00e9s bona senyal, ja que <strong>pot ser degut a un conflicte m\u00e9s important del que realment no s&#8217;est\u00e0 parlant, i com no s&#8217;arriba a solucionar, \u00e9s somatitza d&#8217;aquesta manera.<\/strong> Hi ha parells que passin temporades a la defensiva, tot el que diu l&#8217;altra part els molesta i <strong>sembla que estan esperant la m\u00ednima chispa per discutir i enfadar-se,<\/strong> \u00e9s normal? No. Tot i que la majoria de les parelles hagin passat per aquesta fase, no \u00e9s sa ni s&#8217;hauria de fer, aix\u00f2 reflecteix una manera disfuncional de relacionar-se que pot portar a problemes majors.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1372\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centreinsight.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/psicologo-pareja-sabadell.jpg\" alt=\"psicoleg matrimonial sabadell\" width=\"350\" height=\"233\"><\/p>\n<p>En la situaci\u00f3 anteriorment descrita entrin les emocions par\u00e0sits que alguna vegada hem comentat en articles anteriors. \u00c9s com\u00fa veure com els dos membres de la relaci\u00f3 entrin una fase com la que hem descrit anteriorment, <strong>si els vei\u00e9ssim des de fora podr\u00edem dir que s\u00f3n com dos boxejadors en posici\u00f3 d&#8217;atacar, esperant el m\u00ednim gest del contrincant per donar el primer cop .<\/strong> L&#8217;expressi\u00f3 emocional que veiem aqu\u00ed de primeres \u00e9s l&#8217;enuig o la ira ( <strong>emocions par\u00e0sites<\/strong> ), per\u00f2 gaireb\u00e9 sempre l&#8217;emoci\u00f3 aut\u00e8ntica subjacent a aquestes situacions \u00e9s la tristes, el problema \u00e9s que no ho sabem identificar i per tant no podem expressar -la ni comunicar-nos de manera adient.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vegem un exemple de baralla en parella<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<p><strong>P1=<\/strong> Per qu\u00e8 has arribat tan tard a casa eh!<\/p>\n<p><strong>P2=<\/strong> He estat prenent alguna cosa amb els companys de treball a sortir, tant et d\u00f3na a tu, \u00e9s que t&#8217;he de donar explicacions o qu\u00e8? !!<\/p>\n<p><strong>P3=<\/strong> Ja podries haver avisat perqu\u00e8 t&#8217;he estat esperant per cenar i per res!<\/p>\n<p><strong>P4=<\/strong> Doncs si arribo a saber la bronca que tenia a casa hagu\u00e9s trigat m\u00e9s a arribar!<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e8 podem veure en aquesta discussi\u00f3?  <strong>Veiem que la persona 1 est\u00e0 esperant que arribi la persona 2 per recriminar l&#8217;hora d&#8217;arribada, la persona 2 nom\u00e9s arribar rep un atac amb benvinguda a qui respon amb un altre atac. Com es produeix un atac i sempre es respon amb un altre, entrin en un joc psicol\u00f2gic del qual no saben sortir. Al final, tant la persona 1 com la persona 2 se senten mal i no han solucionat absolutament res.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1376\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centreinsight.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/terapia-pareja-sabadell-1.jpg\" alt=\"psicoleg sabadell\" width=\"350\" height=\"232\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 ha fallat en aquesta discussi\u00f3?<\/strong>  El primer el to, hem de mantenir un to tranquil per tenir l&#8217;oportunitat de parlar, sin\u00f3 que \u00e9s molt dif\u00edcil respondre de forma relaxada. Segon, on s\u00f3n les emocions? Les emocions es poden inferir amb el to i les expressions (enuig, ira) per\u00f2 no s\u00f3n les aut\u00e8ntiques i tampoc no se&#8217;ls diuen directament, hem de comen\u00e7ar la conversa explicant com ens sentim, per qu\u00e8 i com ens agradaria que s&#8217;hagu\u00e9s produ\u00eft la situaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un exemple de com podria haver estat la conversa:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>P1<\/strong> : Hola qu\u00e8 tal? M&#8217;agradaria parlar amb tu un moment si et sembla b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P2:<\/strong> Hola, s\u00ed que digues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P1:<\/strong> Mira la veritat \u00e9s que he estat una mica espantada perqu\u00e8 normalment arribis m\u00e9s aviat a casa i com que no m&#8217;has dit res, tenia per per si t&#8217;havia passat alguna cosa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P2:<\/strong> Ho sento, la veritat \u00e9s que he estat parlant amb els meus companys de treball i no m&#8217;he recordat del m\u00f2bil, entenc que t&#8217;hagis espantat i no pretenia que et sentissis mal, per\u00f2 ho comprenc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P1:<\/strong> M&#8217;alegra molt de veritat que t&#8217;ho hagis passat b\u00e9 amb els teus companys, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un dia dur est\u00e0 b\u00e9 poder divertir-se una mica. M&#8217;ajudaria molt que la propera vegada que et quedis un rato m\u00e9s amb els teus companys em possissis un missatge o m&#8217;avisis, aix\u00ed no m&#8217;espantaria, per\u00f2 que s\u00e0pigues que, si se t&#8217;oblida, no passa res, no m &#8216;enfadar\u00e9 amb tu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P2:<\/strong> Reconec que podria haver-te avisat i la propera vegada que em quedi amb els meus companys prometo fer tot el possible per recordar-me d&#8217;avisar-te, perqu\u00e8 no vull que et sentis mal, perqu\u00e8 he ent\u00e8s el que ha passat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1371\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centreinsight.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/psicologo-matrimonial-sabadell.jpg\" alt=\"psicologia sabadell\" width=\"350\" height=\"168\"><\/p>\n<p>Podem veure que <strong>aquesta forma de comunicar-se est\u00e0 molt dirigida i molt teatralitzada<\/strong> i que segurament ser\u00e0 dif\u00edcil parlar aix\u00ed amb la nostra parella&#8230; Per\u00f2 m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del realisme o no, anem a veure quines coses positives hi ha dins aquesta conversa figurada:  <strong>1. podem veure que hi ha expressi\u00f3 d&#8217;emocions constantment (eliminant aix\u00ed les emocions par\u00e0sites que tant de mal fan), 2. hi ha un to assossegat i relaxat que eliminar\u00e0 les tensions i mecanismes de defensa, 3. tamb\u00e9 veiem que les peticions s\u00f3n aix\u00f2, peticions i no obligacions ni ordres , 4. i finalment una cosa molt important, hi ha expressi\u00f3 de comprensi\u00f3 i empatia cap a l&#8217;altra persona estiguem o no d&#8217;acord.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquesta nova forma de comunicar-se inicialment es pot veure molt for\u00e7ada i artificial, i s\u00ed, ho \u00e9s. Per\u00f2 <strong>no busquem que la forma de discutir o de parlar sempre sigui aix\u00ed, amb la pr\u00e0ctica aquesta forma de comunicar-se s&#8217;automatitzar\u00e0 i es far\u00e0 de manera m\u00e9s natural, per\u00f2 conservant els elements essencials:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>To calmat i relaxat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Expressi\u00f3 d&#8217;emocions pr\u00f2pies (sense fer servir el xantatge emocional).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Peticions i no obligacions ni ordres.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Expressi\u00f3 que entenem a l&#8217;altra persona (empatia) i que ens importa les emocions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Parlar de manera sana i assertiva<\/strong> pot millorar certs problemes de parella i \u00e9s un bon comen\u00e7ament per revisar parelles en conflicte que no saben com comunicar-se i parlar-se.
